In Soroti, Pearl Bank supported Teso Run 2026, held on 17th October as part of the fourth coronation anniversary celebrations of His Royal Highness Paul Sande Etomeileng Emolot, the Emorimor of Teso. Under the theme For the Child, the initiative brought together cultural leaders, institutions and community members to mobilise support for education, community development and the preservation of Teso's cultural heritage.
Beyond its financial contribution, Pearl Bank provided 100 participation kits and supported activities promoting financial literacy and environmental conservation, including tree planting. The partnership illustrates how a community celebration can become an opportunity for institutions and individuals to contribute resources, knowledge and practical support towards a shared future.
