Go and GROW¡
The graduation of GROW¡ Cohort 5 was a celebration of leadership as a journey of becoming. Through stories, reflection and shared memories, graduates looked back on a year of growth shaped by self-awareness, emotional intelligence, courageous conversations, vision, purpose and learning to lead from within.
Beyond the certificates, the ceremony celebrated the quieter transformations: confidence gained, limiting beliefs challenged, friendships formed, purpose clarified and leaders awakened. Over twelve months, Cohort 5 grew into a community committed to supporting one another beyond the programme.
As Ms. Jacqueline Asiimwe, affectionately known as Headmistress within the GROW¡ community, reminded the graduates, the journey does not end at graduation. Growth continues, and so does the invitation to Go and GROW¡.
