Coaching Gains Momentum in Uganda

Uganda’s coaching ecosystem continues to grow as organisations increasingly recognise coaching as a strategic tool for leadership development, institutional culture and community transformation. Recent milestones include the graduation of 16 workplace coaches during Imagine Me Africa’s 12th-anniversary celebrations, the Adaptive Change Coaching Summit and a partnership between CivSource Africa Foundation and the ICF Uganda Charter Chapter.
