The launch of the GROW¡ Web Platform marks an important step in the programme’s digital transformation. Designed to bring the Grower journey into one connected space, the platform supports applications, learning, coaching, assignments, feedback, attendance, progress tracking and programme management.
As GROW¡ Cohort 6 begins its journey, the platform will continue to evolve through feedback from Growers, Coaches, Facilitators and the wider programme team, creating a more accessible, connected and measurable GROW¡ experience.
