Leaders’ Summit 2025 | Masaka

In June 2025, leaders converged in Masaka for the Leaders’ Summit themed Leading with HeART. Hosted at Camp Ndegeya by artist Collin Sekajjugo, the gathering blended dialogue, art, and community. Participants walked through mural-lined streets in Ndegeya and gathered for fireside reflections under the stars, exploring leadership rooted in empathy, creativity, and accountability.

The Summit went beyond conversation, it was rest, play, and service. A visit to the Masaka School for the Deaf reminded us of leadership’s responsibility, while an art session led by Faces Up Uganda inspired fresh vision and collaboration.

With gratitude to our partners, Joe Walker Foundation, CivSource Africa, and WalkTalkConnect , the Summit became a space of joy, connection, and inspiration. As we look ahead to 2026, we carry forward the call to keep leading with HeART.
