Giving Digest: Giving for Safer Streets

Ahead of its fifth edition, scheduled for 17–19 July 2026, the Kampala Auto Show demonstrated that giving can take many forms. By repainting a faded zebra crossing along Kampala Road near the Post Office, the team gave its time, resources and effort to make the busy crossing safer and more visible for pedestrians. The initiative reflects a practical form of community giving, showing how organisations can use their platforms to respond to everyday public needs and contribute to safer, more considerate cities.
