Giving Digest: Absa Bank Uganda has announced a sponsorship package worth 133,000,000/= Million Shillings for the 2023 edition of the Captain's Bell Tournament at the Uganda Golf Club. The annual tournament serves as a ceremonial event to welcome the club's newly elected Captain and committee. Absa Bank Uganda's Managing Director, Mumba Kalifungwa, expressed pride in supporting the tournament, highlighting their respect for the game of golf and the tradition of ringing the Captain's Bell. The bank previously sponsored the 2022 tournament, and this year's edition is scheduled for May 20, 2023.
