This past quarter, we paused not to slow down, but to see more clearly. We celebrated progress, named our pivots, and leaned into the lessons that emerged from both success and struggle. But the retreat wasn’t just about the work; it was about us. We shared laughter, welcomed new teammates, honored birthdays, and created space for stillness and joy.
