In January 2019, CivSource Africa held its first ever Executive Leaders Retreat. The first cohort consisted of 23 leaders from a cross-section of for-profit and nonprofit organizations. The goal of the retreat was to enable the leaders to reflect and introspect about their leadership; and find ways to renew and rejuvenate themselves to become better leaders. More
