It is week two of the twenty-one day lockdown here in Uganda. Well, it is also the fourth week of the entire lockdown process which first started with fourteen days from 1st-14th April and got extended by another twenty-one days. Granted, though coronavirus might be bringing our economies to their knees, here in Uganda, CivSource Africa will instead look out for the ‘silver lining’, albeit in the thick of tough times. More
