I couldn't be happier or more appreciative of everything I picked up. The methods that were utilized painted an accurate picture of both myself and my role within the organization in a manner that was both modest and professional. The use of the analogy of baking and the numerous ingredients that went into constructing a picture of the organization as a whole was very intriguing and enthralling. I experienced a connection on both a personal and an organizational level.
