Joseph Ajal, PCC, is an Executive Coach and Human Resources Development expert with over 22 years’ experience, six of which he has dedicated to coaching individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential. A member of ICF Uganda Charter Chapter, HRMAU, and Vice Chairperson of the CivFund Board, he specializes in career and business coaching for C-suite executives, middle managers, first-time managers, graduate learners, and start-up founders across sectors such as FMCG, banking, pensions, telecoms, NGOs, civil society, and government. His practice is grounded in the ACC (Awareness, Clarity, Choice) and GROW coaching models, supported by strong academic and professional credentials, including a Master’s in Human Resources Management and Development from the University of Manchester (Equity and Merit Fellow), Certified Talent Practitioner, Chartered HR Business Partner, Fellow of the American Academy of Project Management, Balanced Scorecard Professional, Korn Ferry Hay Job Evaluator, and Toastmaster. Joseph has coached over 250 individuals in 10 African countries, led transformative interventions for institutions such as Stanbic Bank Uganda, NSSF, Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, Vivo Energy, CivLegacy Foundation, and CivSource Africa, and helped leaders achieve double-digit business growth.
