Giving Digest: Transforming Young Lives Through Community After-School Clubs

This year, Elizabeth Ntege, Group CEO of NFT Consult, celebrated a significant milestone by reopening a library at their church for Sunday school children. The impact has been truly inspiring—literacy and critical thinking skills have improved, Sunday school attendance has grown, and remarkably, not a single book has gone missing, thanks to the children stepping up as responsible librarians! 📚✨

Initially launched in December 2019, the initiative was temporarily halted due to COVID-19 but is now making a powerful comeback. As part of NFT Consult’s ongoing commitment to community development, the Community After-School Clubs are being reintroduced, with the official relaunch set for this Friday, the 20th. The event will welcome 120 disadvantaged children, offering them a chance to participate in engaging and educational activities.

Designed for children aged 5 to 13, the Community After-School Clubs aim to equip young learners with vital future-ready skills such as leadership, language development, and social and soft skills. These clubs provide a safe and supportive environment where children can learn, connect, and thrive.
