Fuel For Business
Before I came for the retreat, I was in a bored and tired place, especially concerning my business. I lacked drive and passion. I hadn't even looked into making 2020 goals for the business let alone, 3-5 year goals. This lack of morale had started crawling into my work space so I knew I needed some form of retreat to deal with myself.
The retreat was refreshing. I met and interacted with other business owners, one of them in my line of trade, that encouraged me. I learnt how to draw energy and motivation from within for those dull times, and spread positive energy into my environments. I left fired up, with written goals and dreams to transform my work and a restored passion for baking.
